Love your website! I made your crescia bread last year for the first time. I was always told it was so hard to make and everyone that I know who makes it regards their recipe as sacred and never shares it with anyone. Well, I can’t tell you how excited I was. My husband kept said, “did you really make this”!!! It came perfectly browned and so high. I baked it in my pasta pan, which is very tall.
I just pulled out the recipe to make it again this year.
