I really enjoy your stories,,, we only have 6 girls and this is our first winter , we are very new at this,, when do you start putting the lights on, it is getting dark earlier at night and in the mornings as well.

My light is on for 14 hours each day. I start once the natural light is less than that amount. Best of success with your chickens.
